Thank you for making the trip to our island in Muskoka to install the appliances at our new cottage! Great service to get the job done on the first visit which is important for a boat access only property like ours. Highly recommend to anyone looking to install high-end appliances.

We had experience with a few of the members of the team at MOAI for our new home. The were prompt, professional, and very accommodating. In the one instance where there was a small problem with an installation, we called on a Saturday and someone was there to address it within the hour. We'll be sure to call again for any future appliance installation needs.

Mid-Ontario Appliance Installations has been nothing less than phenomenal. Moving into a new house and coordinating deliveries and installations is always challenging, however Covid and the resulting supply issues has made it 10 times worse. I am so thankful to have contacted Doug at MOAI who really took care of me when my range did not make the first delivery. I thought that I would be out of a stove for weeks, however Doug was able to rearrange their schedule to accommodate the new delivery date. The installers were completely professional and took pride in their work. When the installer (Tyler) learned that it was our first gas range, he took time to walk us through the operation and gave us tips. Totally went above and beyond. Can't say enough good things about this great group of guys.

Mid-Ontario installed my gas BBQ on the back deck. They did a perfect job with no guidance. They had the foresight to route the new pipe an shut off valve to an ideal location. I would not hesitate to use them again

Ryan was great - he arrived when he said he would and was very pleasant. It was an unusual dishwasher install and he smiled all the way through, got it done and done correctly. Highly recommend!

Ryan and Tyler did a thorough and clean installation for me in a professional manner. Two of my appliances were natural gas hook up as well. I recommend Mid-Ontario to anyone needing appliance installation. Good job guys!

Very good service..installers were very professional and very careful not to damage floors. Being a new build I was very concerned about this. Doug was great to accommodate us on short notice and they were the only company I could find that would come on a Saturday for us. I would highly recommend this company!

We've just built a new home with a number of high-end appliances to be installed. Mid-Ontario Appliance Installations provided outstanding service, were very competent with complex installations, and very creative in problem-solving (a la McGyver!). Ryan was a pleasure to work with and left everything in working order, clean and neat. We could not have asked for more or better.

Service response was very quick and thorough. Dishwasher was installed very well and on time. All was left clean and neat. Very friendly staff.

We had our gas range disconnect and hook up yesterday and Tyler did an excellent job. Professional and personable he went beyond the call of duty and levelled the range with his own supplies on our not level kitchen floor (understatement! it’s an old house) because, as he pointed out, that would have been a safety hazard. Doug was the contact person and I really appreciated the prompt response to confirm that it was not a gas leak or other emergency and, as a busy person, the convenience that I could communicate with him to schedule the job by phone and text, and by email. Absolutely would recommend this company to friends and neighbours!

Tyler was the best piece of news in a long saga of delivery and installation woes! Setting up his appointment, the visit, and the uninstall and re-install were very efficient and pleasant.
